What is a "fix credit" and how is it consumed?
▼
Each time the app applies a fix to your store (rewriting a product description, adding alt text,
resolving a broken link), it uses 1 fix credit. Daily limits apply to all plans and reset at midnight.
Free: 10/day · Growth: 50/day · Scale: 300/day · Elite: up to 1,000/day (fair-use limit).
Can I undo a fix?
▼
Yes. From the issue timeline on the dashboard, click any fixed issue and select Revert.
Reversions are free (no credit charge). The original value is stored before every fix.
Can Refiner fully manage my store (messages, orders, shipping)?
▼
No. Refiner is a store audit and auto-fix app — not full store operations software.
It does not answer customer messages, fulfill orders, print shipping labels, or run warehouse workflows.
Refiner finds and fixes technical issues that can hurt revenue or trust (SEO, broken links, content gaps, pricing and configuration mistakes).
What does Auto Mode do?
▼
Auto Mode (Elite only) runs scheduled background scans and automatically applies
low-risk routine fixes — such as missing alt text and safe SEO meta updates — without you clicking Scan or Fix All.
Fixes count against your daily plan limit. Riskier issues are detected but left for your review.
Auto Mode is not full store management. On other plans, use Fix All on the dashboard for bulk one-click fixes.
Will fixes affect my live storefront immediately?
▼
Yes. Fixes that update product titles, descriptions, or alt text are applied directly via Shopify's
Admin API and take effect immediately — but only after you review and approve them in Review & Fix,
unless you explicitly turn off content review and opt into Auto Mode product-content publishing.
Storefront SEO and performance improvements are delivered
through optional Theme App Extension blocks — Refiner does not edit your theme code directly.
