If you just installed Refiner, this guide walks you through everything step by step.

Install the app and approve permissions

Install Refiner from the Shopify App Store. Approve the requested permissions (products, themes, inventory). These are required for automated fixes to work.

Run your first scan

Click Run Scan on the Dashboard. The scan takes a few minutes and detects SEO, mobile, inventory, and content issues across your store.

Review detected issues

When the scan finishes, issues are sorted by severity (Critical, High, Medium, Low). Click any issue to see the detail and the AI recommendation.

Apply a fix (Fix Credits)

Click Fix to auto-apply a fix. Confirm the change preview. Fixes can be reverted within 30 days. Each plan has a daily fix limit (resets at midnight).

Manage your plan

If you need more fixes, visit the Plans page. Growth and Scale each include a 7-day free trial. Elite starts immediately with full access.
